Learned advocate Mr.Anandjiwala seeks permission to file vakalatnama on behalf of the original complainant. Permission is granted.
Learned advocate Mr.Buch submits that committal order was passed in the year 2007 and sessions case was numbered as Sessions Case No.30 of 2007. The charge was framed in the year 2009. It is also submitted that all the other accused are released on bail and the matter is pending since 2009 and so he requested to release the applicant on bail.
Learned advocate Mr.Anandjiwala submits that the trial has commenced and 23 witnesses are examined. The complainant is in the witness box and the matter is kept for further evidence of the complainant on 28.3.2012. It is also submitted by him that only 4-5 witnesses are still to be examined and the trial will be over within short time.
In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
