JUDGMENT / ORDER

During the course of hearing, learned advocate for the appellants noticed that Revaben Ambalal Patel, widow of the mother of the deceased, died. But at the same time, legal heirs of Revaben Ambalal Patel are already brought on the record since Ambalal Joitaram Patel, father of the deceased, died during the pendency of the appeal and his legal heirs are brought on record.
Permission to carry out amendment is granted.
Post the matter on 6th July, 2012.
