JUDGMENT / ORDER

By preferring this civil application, request is made by the applicants
- original respondents herein to vacate the stay granted by this Court on 12.1.2011 in terms of Para.19(B).
As both the parties are ready to proceed with the main matter being Special Civil Application No.10754 of 2010, the question does not arise of vacating the stay at this stage.
Present Civil Application is disposed of directing the office to place Special Civil Application No. 10754 of 2010 for final hearing on 29.2.2012.
