By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the NCR No.75 of 2016, dated 7.6.2016 under Sections 323,504 IPC, P.S. Mangalpur, District Kanpur Dehat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this petition hence it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
As prayed, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to seek other remedial measures.
