Mohd. Shere Ali, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 has produced an order dated 24.9.2019 passed by District Basic Education Officer, Mahrajganj, which is taken on record.
He submitted on the basis of the order dated 24.9.2019 that the impugned order dated 22.7.2019 has been recalled, therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous, which has not been disputed learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
