JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 27
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 14952 of 2018 Petitioner :- Smt. Urmila Devi Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Prakash Narayan Tirpathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer of village panchayat Andiyar, District Jaunpur. Her fair price shop licence was suspended by order dated 24.3.2018 and show cause notice was issued to her alleging certain malpractices in the distribution of essential commodities.
Shri P. N. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has submitted a detailed reply to the charges laid out in the show cause notice and she has refuted all the allegations made against her.
The only contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent No 2 before whom the matter is pending may decide the matter finally within the stipulated time frame.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Having heard the submissions at the bar and upon consideration of the records of the writ petition it appears that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending.
With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being finally decided.
The respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the matter within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after considering reply of the petitioner and material available in the record, in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
Order Date :- 25.4.2018 Ravi Prakash
