Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A., Sri Amit Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 15.7.2019 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No. 17,Allahabad in the case No. 558 of 2019 (State Vs. Mukesh Singh and oters) arising out of case crime No. 33 of 2019, under section 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC and section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Prayagraj and the charge sheet dated 17.6.2019.
From the perusal of the record it appears that this matter had been sent to mediation centre of this Court vide order dated 18.12.2019 but according to report of mediation centre dated28.1.2021 mediation between the parties has been failed and the applicants have been summoned to face the trial. There is no illegality or irregularities in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
Accordingly, this application has no merit and is hereby is dismissed.
