This Court has passed the following order on 08.02.2008:-
It was jointly submitted by learned counsel on both sides that the issue arising in the appeal was referred to a larger bench by the order dated 29.6.2007 in First Appeal No.1076 of 1985; and hence the present appeal could conveniently be decided alongwith that appeal. Accordingly, the present appeal is ordered to be listed alongwith First Appeal No.1076 of 1985 as and when that appeal is listed for hearing before the appropriate Court.
The Office is directed to list First Appeal No.1076 of 14985 alongwith this appeal, before appropriate Bench.
