Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the parties, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Bhadohi to decide the 6-C application (application under Order 39 Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure) pending in Original Suit No.371 of 2017 (Dinesh Kumar Singh & others Vs. Dashrath Singh & others), expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
