JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri R.C. Singh, learned counsel for petitioner states that the impleadment application itself is not maintainable, as it is purely a case between the petitioner and State.
However, he may file formal reply to the same which can be meted by the applicant who has filed impleadment application. He may file the same on or before 1st September, 2018.
In connected matter being Writ C No. 10485 of 2000, Sri T.N. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought adjournment on the ground of illness.
