Heard learned advocate Mr. Dagli for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.
Though served none appears for the complainant.
Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the company is before BIFR and scheme for revival of the company is already submitted.
In view of above Rule, interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
