This petition is already not pressed qua petitioner No.1 husband - Prahladpuri Shivpuri Goswami and respondent No.5 is not relative attracting section 498A and further allegations of inflicting mental and physical cruelty by other relatives-in-law are of general and non-specific in nature.
Hence, rule returnable on 9th August, 2012. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief till further order.
