1. Mr. Hiren Doshi, Director, G.M. Bell Health Care (India) Pvt. Ltd. for respondent No.3 is present. He has requested for time on the ground that the notice is served to respondent No.3 on 1.7.2012. He has also requested that the respondent No.3 wants to take services of advocate.
