1. The applicant has come out with the request to make appropriate correction in the order dated 20.12.2011 and has submitted that it seems that due to some error instead of mentioning the additional affidavit's date as "11.10.2011" inadvertently "21.6.2011" is mentioned in the last line of the 11th paragraph of order dated 20.12.2011.
2. Heard Mrs. Soparkar, learned advocate for the petitioner.

Having regard to the said request and submission and on perusal of the order and the said additional affidavit and taking into account the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner it is noticed that inadvertently error has crept in the last line of paragraph No.11 on page 15 of the order dated 20.12.2011 inasmuch as instead of mentioning the additional affidavit's date as "11.10.2011" inadvertently the date is mentioned as "21.6.2011". Likewise, it is also notice that inadvertently, before word "affidavit" the word "additional" has not been mentioned and the word "declaration" in the 5th line on page 15 of the said order is required to be deleted.
4. Therefore, it is directed that the last 3 lines started with word "raised" and ended with word "scheme" of paragraph No.11 on page 15 shall be substituted by below mentioned lines:-
"raised by the Regional Director and abide by the stipulation and undertaking contained in the additional affidavit dated 11.10.2011 read with the scheme".
5. If the certified copy already issued, office will issue fresh certified copy of the said order with aforesaid correction to the applicant - petitioner.
6. With the above direction, present note is disposed of accordingly.
