JUDGMENT / ORDER

It has been stated at the bar by learned counsel Mr. Amin that the original applicant has expired.
If that be so, the legal heirs of the deceased have not been brought on record so far. The Tribunal concerned is directed to stop the release of payment of interest in favour of the claimant unless the legal heirs are brought on record. S.O. to 05.03.2012. Registry to directed to send a writ of this order to the Tribunal concerned forthwith. Mr. Patel to produce on record the Death Certificate as also the names of legal heirs by next date.
