When the matter was called out, Mr. DN Pandya learned counsel for respondents no.2 to 5 requests for time. On earlier two occasions, i.e. on 02.03.2012 and 07.03.2012, Mr. Pandya was not present. He stated that he requires time to apply his mind on the subject and it is also in the interest of justice to grant time, even though it was observed in the last order that the issue is covered by a decision of the Apex Court in the case of National Insurance Co. v. Sinitha and others, (2012) 2 SCC 356 [2011 (13) SCALE 84]. Hence, S.O to 22.03.2012.
