JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
Mr. Pandya, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 1 has objected to granting of these applications. In my view when the legal heirs of the owner are brought on record, the judgement/award shall be passed against the legal heirs of the owner who shall satisfy the award.
Accordingly, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of para 4 (A),(B), (C ) & (D). Legal heirs to be brought on record in each matter. Notice to the legal heirs in main matters returnable on 18.06.2012.
