Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondents / claimants are present.
Sri Sudhir Mehrotra, Advocate has also put in appearance as Special Counsel of Allahabad High Court on behalf of Sri Shashi Kant Shukla, District Judge, Mordabad, the then District & Sessions Judge, Ramabai Nagar (Kanpur Dehat).
At the very outset, learned counsel for the claimants - respondents has informed that in compliance of the order dated 21.04.2016, passed by this Court, the required payment of compensation has been directed by the concerned Tribunal vide order dated 16.08.2019 in favour of claimants-respondents.
Seen the report dated 20.08.2019 submitted by the In-Charge Registrar General, alongwith an unconditional apology dated 19.08.2019, sought by Sri Shashi Kant Shukla, District & Sessions Judge, Moradabad.
Heard the learned counsel for both the parties present in this case and also perused the record.
In view of the order dated 21.04.2016, wherein it has also been mentioned that "However, this payment shall be subject to the final orders to be passed in the present appeal" and the report of In-Charge Registrar General alongwith the submission as well as unconditional apology, sought by Sri Shashi Kant Shukla, District & Sessions Judge, Moradabad and also submissions made by learned counsel claimants-respondent that the payment order of compensation amount has been made by the concerned Tribunal (Additional District Judge- II / Special Judge (SC / ST Act), Kanpur Dehat, I am of the view that no further action is required and the said unconditional apology / explanation is accepted.
