Learned counsel for U.I.I.Co.Ltd. Shri S.K. Mehrotra has confronted with paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit has felt that as the appeal relates to only quantum and in view of latest decision he may not suceed in this appeal, hence he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
Permission granted. Judgment shall be acted upon and the remaining amount be deposited forthwith within four weeks from today.
