1.0 On 18.12.2009, this Court has passed the following order:
1. This court on 04.12.2009 passed the following order:
Name of learned advocate Mr. Siraj R. Gori be shown for the petitioner. Though served, none appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2. Learned Counsel Mr. R. M. Chhaya appears on behalf of respondent no.3. The office to rectify the appearance accordingly.
In the interest of justice, S. O. to 18/12/2009.
If on the next date none appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2, then the Court may proceed with the matter ex parte.
2. Even today the respondents have not appeared before this court. In that view of the matter, this court has no other option but to grant interim relief.
3. Accordingly, ad-interim relief in terms of para 7(B) is granted. It will be open to the petitioner to take appropriate action pursuant to the relief granted by this court. Copy of this order may be sent to respondent nos. 1 & 2.
4. Matter to come up on 05.02.2010. Direct service is permitted.
2. In view of the above, the petitioner to take action pursuant to the relief granted by this Court and the report of the same will be placed on record by the petitioner by the next date of hearing. The matter to come up after three months. Matter is adjourned to 07.05.2010.
