On both the occasions when matter was listed on 14-6-2012 and on 25-6-2012, learned advocate for the appellant, Ms.R.V.Acharya was not present. Today also, learned advocate for the appellant is not present. It seems that learned advocate for the appellant is not interesting in proceeding with the appeal. Hence, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
