Heard Sri Mohan Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that ends of justice would be served, if an appropriate direction is issued to the competent authority concerned to dispose of the application dated 22.11.2017 under Section 26 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 to its logical conclusion in accordance with law within a stipulated period.
The learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection if an appropriate direction is given to the authority concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to competent authority concerned to dispose of the application dated 22.11.2017 under Section 26 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 to its logical conclusion in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
