Heard Sri Rajendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2-Consolidation Officer, Antim Abhilekh, Farrukhabad to decide the objection of the petitioner dated 16.1.2014 under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.C.H. Act registered as case no. 428/2018-19 within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner filed an objection under Section 9A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act on 16.1.2014, which remain pending till date.
Under these circumstances, respondent no.2-Consolidation Officer, Antim Abhilekh, Farrukhabad is directed to decide the objection of the petitioner dated 16.1.2014 under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.C.H. Act registered as case no. 428/2018-19 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
