Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Dehat to decide the Misc. Case No. 2/74 of 2008 (Fariduddin and another vs. Qamar Jahan & others) within stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing theCivil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Dehat to decide the Misc. Case No. 2/74 of 2008 (Fariduddin and another vs. Qamar Jahan & others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
