By means of this writ petition, a mandamus has been sought for expeditious disposal of a case said to be pending before the respondent no. 2. However no copy of the order-sheet of the proceedings has been annexed in the writ petition. Therefore, it is not clear as to why the matter has remained pending.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing thereto, copy of the entire order-sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
