Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Anurag Sharma and Sri Avanish Mishra who appears for the informant and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 168 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 406 I.P.C., police station Pipari, District Sonbhadra.
Sri Vikas Sahai learned A.G.A. apprises the Court that a charge sheet has been filed in the present case crime on 06 December 2019.
In that view of the matter this application is rejected.
