Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
By the impugned order learned Magistrate has disposed of the application of revisionists under section 125 Cr.P.C. allowing it partly in respect of her first son Prashan Madhav Mishra granting him a sum of Rs.500/- per month, as maintenance and rejecting the same in respect of revisionist as well as her second son Mukund Madhav Mishra.
The impugned order has been passed on 15.5.1990, more than 27 years ago. Undisputedly, both sons of revisionist have become major during last 27 years and since revisionist is not appearing, it appears that during long span of 27 years. she has lost interest in the subject matter of revision.
Upon hearing learned A.G.A. and perusal of record, I find that there is no illegality, irregularity, impropriety or incorrectness in the impugned order and there is no sufficient ground for interfering with or for setting it aside the impugned order. The revision has got no force and is liable to be dismissed.
The revision is dismissed, accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
