Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Trivedi, the learned Standing Counsel.
Sri Trivedi on instructions states that upon due enquiry it was found that encroachments on public utility land exist and that consequently proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been drawn up and intiated. Sri Trivedi on instructions states that these proceedings shall be concluded in accordance with law expeditiously and in any view of the matter endeavour shall be made to conclude the same within a period of four months from today.
In light of the statement so made nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
