Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.N. Pandey, learned counsel who represents the Board.
The sole prayer addressed on this writ petition is for the second respondent being commanded to consider the application of the petitioner for regularisation. Her contention is that she has worked in the institution continuously since the last 22 years.
In view of the nature of the relief sought that is sought, this Court is of the opinion that no useful would be served in keeping this petition pending on the board of this Court and the ends of justice would merit the petition being disposed of as follows.
The petitioner shall move a detailed representation in support of her claim for regularisation before the second respondent within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is made, the same shall be duly examined by the second respondent and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. All contentions of respective parties on merits are kept open.
