The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the action of the Sub-Registrar, Kurnool, in not receiving the sale deed executed by certain persons in his favour in relation to the house bearing No.51/15B, Rajeev Nagar, Kurnool Town.
Upon instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue stated that the petitioner has not presented the subject document for registration and that, if he does so, the same would be received and processed for registration in accordance with law.
The learned counsel for petitioner accepts this course of action.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the petitioner to produce the subject document for registration before the respondent and, in the event he does so, the Sub-Registrar, Kurnool, shall receive and process the same for registration in accordance with law. No costs.
