Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 04.04.2019 within stipulated period."
A perusal of the representation filed on page 33 of the paper book reveals that thereby the petitioner seeks an injunction restraining the Revenue Inspector from making a PA-11 entry.
In my considered opinion, such an injunction cannot be granted by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and that to on a mere representation.
For the same reason, there is no justification for directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed.
