The petitioner, herein, seeks to challenge the order dated 4.8.2021 passed by the Prescribed Authority, Regulatory Area, Ghazipur, granting last opportunity to the petitioner to furnish her reply. Instead of furnishing a reply before the Competent Authority, the petitioner came up to this Court to assert that sufficient time to get No-objection from the concerned departments has not been provided to her though an application seeking time was moved on 30.7.2021.
Only prayer made in the writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondent no. 3, i.e. the Prescribed Authority, Regulatory Area, Ghazipur to grant further time to submit her objection.
Be that as it may, the complete order sheet of the case, which is being conducted by the Regulatory Authority is not before us. We, therefore, cannot take exception to the decision of the Regulatory Authority to refuse further time. However, it is left open for the petitioner to file a proper application in the matter submitting her reply raising all objections before the authority concerned.
