The description of the parties in the cause title is incorrect. The revision is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the revisionist to file a fresh revision with correct description of the parties. Certified copy of impugned judgement and decree shall be returned to learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining its photostat copy on record.
If a fresh revision is filed, its copy shall be served upon Sri Manish Tandon, counsel for the caveator.
