Learned counsel for the appellant states that the valuation of this appeal is below Rs.2 lac.
In view of the policy decision taken by the State by a Notification/Government Order dated 13.10.2016 not to prosecute the appeals where the valuation is below Rs.2 lac. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is no longer desirous of pressing this appeal.
In view of the statement made, this appeal is dismissed.
