JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has preferred this present Revision Petition against the order of delivery passed in E.P.No. 420 of 2017 dated. 31.08.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that he has already filed a Rent Control appeal which was returned on 30.8.2017 and delievery was ordered on 31.08.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner would vehemently contest that if possession is taken over, it will seriously prejudice the petitioner and his rights will be affected irreparably.
2. Considering the submissions made a direction is given to the Rent Controller Appellate Authority to dispose of the Rent Control appeal and the miscellaneous petitions filed before the Rent Controller Appellate Authority, within a period of one month from the date of reciept of a copy of this Order.
3. Till such time, there shall be an order of Status Quo to the Execution Proceedings.
4. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
