Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that a revision filed by the petitioner cancelling the lease granted by the Gaon Sabha in her favour in proceedings under Section 198 (4) of the UP Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act, is pending consideration since the year 2015.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Additional Commissioner (Admin), Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to consider and decide the revision No. C201615000099 under Section 333 of the UP Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act (Smt. Usha Devi and another vs. Veer Pratap Maurya and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
