Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that the court concerned be directed to decide the Complaint Case No.2512 of 2018 (Smt. Usha Devi Vs. Lalti Devi) under Sections 384, 452, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Handia, District Allahabad expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the learned lower court may be directed to decide the complaint as mentioned above expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
