JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.
gg to an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Learned counsel makes an endorsement to that effect on the case bundle.
2. Accordingly, the captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law. Consequently, pending application shall also stand closed. No costs.
