By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the files of the 1st respondent in Roc. No.231/2016/A3 in respect of the assessment years 2012-13 and 2013-14 dated 04.01.2017 and connected proceedings of the 2nd respondent in TIN.33973003842/2012-13 dated 29.09.2015 and quash the same.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents that in similar matters, this Court has disposed of a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.105 of 2016 etc., batch dated 01.03.2017. This order squarely covers the issue involved in this writ petition. Following the order stated above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
