JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.D.P.Kinariwala, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 2/11/2007 of this Court, an undertaking has been filed by the petitioner and the remaining amount of Rs.64,43,460/- has been paid by him towards premium for the land in question.
Rule has been issued by an order dated 2/11/2007. Therefore, list the petition in due course. It will be open for the parties to prefer an application for early hearing, if necessary.
