This Court vide order dated 23.01.2017 directed the Office to issue notice to the appellant to engage another counsel.
In pursuance of the order of this Court notice was issued to the appellant to engage another counsel.
Perused the office report dated 12.09.2018 which reveals that undelivered cover has not returned back after service and no one put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.
The appeal is of the year 1987 and it appears that the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the aforesaid appeal.
The appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
