JUDGMENT / ORDER

In Connection with the Industrial Dispute, there appears to have a settlement between the petitioner and their employees. However, the M.S.RAMESH,J.
smn/ga petitioner apprehends that their workers might resort to have coercive action and hence, they have requested the respondent herein to grant protection.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner approaches them with appropriate application seeking for protection, the same will be considered.
3. In this background, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent police in the event of any apprehension of law and order situation and on such application being made, the respondent shall consider the same, as expeditiously as possible, and afford necessary protection, which exercise shall be done within two days from the date of receipt of representation. The Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
