JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12913 of 2016 dated 27.07.2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.07.2016, a case in Crime No.148 of 2016 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code and produced a xerox copy of the F.I.R. into the Court.
3.Since the order of this Court dated 27.07.2016 was complied with, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this contempt petition. In view of the same, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.148 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
