This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 02.09.1985 passed by Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Azamgarh in Sessions Trial No. 456 of 1983, under Section 307 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C., Police Station - Kandhrapur, District - Azamgarh.
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh vide letter no.358 dated 16.07.2021 has informed that the sole appellant- Triloki Singh has died. The death confirmation report has also been sent. Hence, this appeal stands abated.
Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
