JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14290 of 2016, dated 10.08.2016.
2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after completion of enquiry final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.20 of 2017 and the case was posted for next hearing on 12.04.2017. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. Hence, no question of contempt arises in this case.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed.
