This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 29.04.2016 made in I.A.No.716 of 2013 in O.S.No.117 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Uthamapalayam.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
3.This revision petition is un-sustainable, since the revision petitioner is no more the President of the Village Panchayat, but she wants to get herself impleaded, in a suit pending between two individuals, in the capacity of President, Appipatty @ Azhagapuri.
4.The Trial Court has dismissed the implead petition on the ground that the petitioner has not shown any material regarding her title over the property.
5.This Court finds no error in the order of the Trial Court. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs.
