The learned Government Pleader submits that refund voucher is ready. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that he did not have any intimation regarding the same. 2. The petitioner shall approach the Assessing Officer in this regard within one week, who shall make necessary arrangements for giving the refund as ordered.

With the above observation, this writ petition is closed.
