Heard Mr.Asit B. Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that a Show Cause Notice dated 07.06.2005 was issued by the Collector to respondent No.5 as well as to the petitioner, who is occupying the land since the year 1972. Thereafter, the petitioner was a party before the Collector, as is clear from order dated 31.01.2006. However, when the petitioner filed a Revision Application before the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, the said application has been rejected, on the ground that the petitioner has no locus-standi and is a third party.
Issue Notice returnable on 21.03.2012.
Status-quo, qua the land in question, shall be maintained till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
