The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No.100 of 2010 (Raj Kamal & Ors. vs. Than Singh & Ors.) challenging the order dated 22.3.2010 passed by the Additional Collector (Protocol), Agra be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.100 of 2010 (Raj Kamal & Ors. vs. Than Singh & Ors.) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
