Heard Mr. Dipen C. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioners and Ms. Megha Chitaliya, learned AGP for respondent No.4 on advance copy served.
It is stated by Ms. Megha Chitaliya, learned AGP, on instructions from Mr. L.R. Pathan, Legal Assistant of respondent No.4, that in Revision Application No.225 of 2011 filed by the petitioners, the interim order passed therein dated 5.1.2012 which is impugned in the petition, is already disposed of by an order dated 30.1.2012.
In view of the above statement, the petition does not survive and the same is disposed of as having become infructuous with no order as to costs.
